Terms of Service

By accessing or using the AI Sprinto platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including technicians, office staff, and administrators whose credentials are provided by AI Sprinto or their employer.

Access to the Service is granted by invitation only. AI Sprinto provides credentials directly to authorized users on behalf of their client organizations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not create an account independently. Credential sharing with unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the Service to transmit unauthorized, false, or misleading information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or its related systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to compete with AI Sprinto or build a substantially similar product.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including software, text, graphics, and AI-generated outputs — are the exclusive property of AI Sprinto and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Job data and notes entered by users remain the property of the respective client organization.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate job summaries, proposals, and field notes. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. Users are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated outputs before sending to clients or using for billing purposes. AI Sprinto is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Sprinto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will immediately cease.

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
